Hi there! 👋I’m Ian, a divemaster, adventure outfitter and the founder of Revel Outfitting. I’ve spent the better part of the past decade helping people get outside and chase their greatest adventures.I started Revel Outfitting because I was frustrated with the overwhelming amount of lousy gear resources found online. As a former expedition manager for National Geographic, it pained me to see how much my friends were overpaying for their jackets, packs, and outdoor equipment. Having saved hundred of thousands of dollars for expeditions around the world, I thought it was only right to share the knowledge I’ve accumulated over my career with fellow outdoor enthusiasts.I have one goal here at Revel Outfitting - to help you choose the gear you need and save money on your next adventure.

We’ll get to know each other and set a plan for your next adventure.Phase 2: Equipment Recommendation & ShoppingBased on the analysis from Phase 1, I'll assemble a recommended shopping list for you, highlighting product features and explaining each item in detail.I'll identify brands and retailers that match your budget, skill level and desired activity.
